Design and Art of the Restaurant
In efforts to epitomize fine dining excellence in all aspects, we’ve designed an intricate classic interior contributing to Ranch Steakhouse’s opulent “old world” atmosphere. Since 2001, general manager of Ranch Steakhouse Sheri Westover, has been instrumental to the restaurant’s transformation. Sheri has strived to provide the most comfortable, flexible and intimate dining rooms available. Her interior contributions have included installing silk taffeta on the walls, and warm fabrics and fine leather to provide patrons with an overall peaceful opulence. By far, the most rewarding addition has been the exhibition of Western Heritage Museum’s finest western art. These prominent pieces were implemented when Westover and Chuck Schroeder, director of the Western Heritage Museum, found a common ground in their new career responsibilities. Schroeder wanting to bring “new eyes” to the museum’s vast art collection, and Westover who wanted to bring “fine art” to her “old world” dining room. The result of that partnership is visible today in the ever-changing display of current exhibitions that rotate through the sleek screens in Ranch Steakhouse's dining rooms. This classic atmosphere has inspired a tradition of some of the world’s finest Western Artists annual trek to Ranch Steakhouse to enjoy exceptional food and a first glance at upcoming works. In addition, Ranch Steakhouse received a collection from the famed artist Oren Mixer whose “Legends” series of the greatest Quarter Horses in history hangs in one of the private dining rooms currently sponsored by the American Quarter Horse Association. These pieces all come together to create Ranch Steakhouse’s atmosphere of “old world” elegance. With a full bar, private tables and a group room for private functions, Ranch Steakhouse continues to be a premier destination for a diverse clientele that is second to none.
